Instruction for use of cosmetic and medicinal compresses

eyeFIT compresses are a cosmeceutic*, i.e. combine medicinal and conditioning effect. It is 100% natural product which utilises the healing properties of herbs in a precisely prepared and tested composition. Compresses are a kind of home SPA for the eyes. The single application eliminates fatigue, loosens the muscles around the eyeball, and relaxes the eyes. The delicate eyelid skin and eye area is immediately warmed and moisturised. EyeFIT compresses provide relief for swollen eyelids and reduce dark circles under the eyes.

EyeFIT compresses can be used in two ways:

Hot treatment: Remove the compress from the protective foil, put it in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover it. Wait approx. 3 minutes. Then, use a wooden spatula to take the compress out of the bowl, spread it on the plate and leave to cool. Wait 1-3 minute(s), depending on how warm compress you want to get. Before putting on your eyelids, make sure it does not burn your skin! Protect bedding and clothes against contamination from infusion drops. Then, apply the compress on closed eyelids and, additionally, cover it with a small towel to keep the compress warm. As early as after 10 minutes with eyeFIT, your dry eyes will feel relief. It is sometimes worth to extend the treatment to 15 minutes to feel full relaxation.

Cold treatment: Remove the compress from the protective foil, put it in a bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover it. Wait approx. 3 minutes. Then, use a wooden spatula to take the compress out of the bowl, spread it on the plate and leave to cool. Place the compress on a plate in the fridge for 15 minutes. Then, apply it on closed eyelids and keep for 10-15 minutes. This removes swelling of the eyelids and reduces dark circles under the eyes.
